About Rick LePera
Rick is a native of Iowa. He was a marketing major in college and has spent the past 25 years in sales.
For Rick people is what it is all about. Having spent 10 years in YMCA work as an officer, youth advisor, and big brother Rick knows if you are going to receive, you have to give back.
In 1986 Rick moved from Iowa to Loveland, Colorado to increase the quality of life for himself and his 3 sons. He now resides in Denver. Having a love for exercise and the outdoors Colorado has been the right fit.
Real estate has always been a love for Rick. Clients become your friends and that is what it is all about. The ultimate compliment is being referred by clients.
